Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there is any issue.

We may approve replacements, partial refunds, or store credit at our discretion for verified issues such as:

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Missing item
  • Damaged item on arrival
  • Defective item reported promptly

We do not accept refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect ordering by the customer
  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Address errors
  • Refused or unclaimed packages
  • Bulk orders, mixed lots, pallet orders, or full lot purchases unless we agree otherwise in writing before shipment

Any return must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging when applicable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we confirm the issue was our mistake.

Clearance, liquidation, mixed lot, bulk, and special-priced inventory may be final sale.
