All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse or designated fulfillment location.
Orders are processed in the order received. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, stock transfers, holidays, or warehouse interruptions.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, warehouse congestion, address issues, or other third-party events are outside our control.
Shipping fees are shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Daily Deal items are sold at a lower price and may require paid shipping.
Free Shipping items include standard shipping only. Expedited shipping, address changes, redelivery, rerouting, or special handling may require additional charges.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Orders refused, returned, or abandoned by the customer
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, refusal, or failure to receive, reshipping fees may apply.
Bulk orders, mixed lots, pallet orders, and full lot purchases are shipped or released only after confirmation of quantity, shipping method, and final invoice. Special handling fees may apply.
